Context

As part of the creation of our online sports betting start-up, we are looking for a qualified SQL Data Analyst to join our team.

The data analyst must have a significant experience in SQL and data analysis, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Our company consists of a team of around ten full-time employees, with a strong international presence.

Purpose of the job

To collect, analyse and transform customer data in order to extract actionable information, enabling sales teams to make relevant decisions.

Job tasks and activities

Extract and collect data from different data sources to feed reports and analyses
Design, develop and maintain complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyse voluminous data
Analyse data to extract actionable insights and key trends
Create reports and data visualisations to help stakeholders understand the results of analysis
Work closely with data development and analysis teams to identify problems and propose solutions
Ensure data integrity and quality by ensuring that data is correctly collected and stored
Maintain an indepth knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in data and analytics

Profile, skills, experience

Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent experience
Professional English required
Proven professional experience in SQL and data analysis
Experience in relational database design
Ability to design, develop and maintain complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyse large data sets
Indepth knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of a generalpurpose language such as Python, JS or Java
Experience in creating reports and data visualisations to help stakeholders understand the results of analyses
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with other team members to achieve common objectives
Knowledge of data collection methods and data management
High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: 41,000.00€ - 44,000.00€ per year
