DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Introduce yourself and introduce the company
  • Argue on the products and services of the company
  • Listen actively to the interlocutor
  • Discover their buying motives
  • Answer objections
  • Make a commercial proposal adapted to the needs
  • Realize the agreement (making appointments, taking orders.)
  • Reformulate agreements made by clients
  • Carry out a leave of absence by validating the exact coordinates of the interlocutor.
  • Follow up on past agreements: transmission to another service, sending a letter, a fax, an
  • Simultaneously manage information and tools in order to maintain the mastery of
maintenance.
