Description du poste:

As the Customer Project Change Leader, you will be responsible for supporting several customer projects, coordinating effective change management for component and process changes.

Your missions

To coordinate effective Change Management for product and process changes on Li Ion cells and modules.
To organise and moderate the Change Management Meetings of the project.
To support the Project Manager with regards to Changes involving the customer. May ensure leading commercial discussion in close alignment with the sales department.
To manage stakeholders and ensure all necessary inputs for a successful change introduction are met
To develop KPI related to Change Management (Severity, age, glidepath ) and publish them in all necessary project meetings.
Provide support to enable change management best practices and tools to be utilized across all Customer Projects.
Contributes to the capitalization and elaboration of Change Management standards within Customer Projects.

Profil recherché:

Know-how:
Experience of involvement in implementing and using change management in automotive or high-volume manufacturing Projects.
Experience of working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
A solid understanding of managing changes to product and process
Strong IT skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project) and PLM

5-10 years in change management in automotive, battery industry or relevant industry
