• For the French subsidiary of the De'Longhi Group, we are looking for a Brand Manager
• De'Longhi brand, to join our passionate team in Clichy, France.
• Reporting to the Head of Brand Management France and working closely with the local Marketing and Sales Teams, the Group Headquarters and other stakeholders, your mission is to manage and develop your product ranges for the French market.
• Your main responsibilities will be the following:
• Contribute to writing the marketing strategy for the ranges (strategy, actions, resources, budget), develop and implement the marketing plan;
• Analyze and manage performance (sellout and consumption) and competitors, to identify and recommend corrective action plans;
• Participate in the development of a relevant and effective media plan;
• Monitor your portfolio, the product life cycle and the launch of new products adapted to the French market;
• Monitor product developments with our headquarters based in Italy;
• Develop the promotional policy for the distribution network;
• Provide channel management;
• Communicate regularly with the KAMs and ensure precise monitoring of the activity of each client;
• Establish reports;
• Participate in trade fairs.

• Professional certificate/bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in FMCG or smalldomesticappliances
• Very good knowledge of French and English. Italian would be a plus.
