    RABOT DUTILLEUL CONSTRUCTION recrute un(e) Chef de projets. Le poste est basé au sein de notre agence à Saint-Denis (Ile-De-France / 93).

    Vos Missions

    Votre mission principale consiste à manager une équipe projet pour coordonner la conception d'un projet simple de la phase de négociation préalable à la signature du contrat (Concours, PPP, CR, CREM,…) jusqu'au dossier Marché et être la mémoire jusqu'à l'achèvement du projet (de A à Z).

    Pour ce faire, vous pilotez et orientez l'ensemble des intervenants du groupe projet, depuis la phase de candidature jusqu'à la remise de l'offre et la mise au point du projet (MAP). Vous montez les dossiers de candidature en collaboration avec le service commercial et la Direction Générale : choix des partenaires (architectes, bureaux d'études, cotraitants), constitution du groupement et élaboration du dossier répondant aux attentes du maître d'ouvrage.

    À réception du dossier de consultation, vous lancez et coordonnez la conception en vous appuyant sur les partenaires externes et sur la Direction de l'Ingénierie. Vous garantissez la cohérence technique, économique et réglementaire du projet, en intégrant les notions de prix, de méthodologie travaux, de risques et de contractualisation.

    Vous animez les réunions, pilotez les analyses techniques, suivez les indicateurs, rédigez les comptes rendus et assurez le reporting auprès de la Direction Générale. Vous participez aux négociations, aux ateliers et aux oraux avec la MOA et la MOE, en adoptant une posture de conseil.

    Vous n'hésitez pas à vous rendre sur les chantiers pour confronter les choix de conception à la réalité opérationnelle et contribuer à l'optimisation du projet.

    Profil

    Vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience, idéalement 15 ans, en gestion de projets de conception‑réalisation ou MGP. Vous maîtrisez les analyses techniques, le pilotage de groupements et les notions de chiffrage, et vous avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux architecturaux.

    Votre parcours vous a permis d'acquérir des bases solides en études de prix, en méthodologie travaux et en gestion contractuelle. Vous êtes à l'aise pour négocier avec la MOE et la MOA, piloter des partenaires externes et travailler en transverse avec les équipes internes.

    Vous savez écouter, conseiller et représenter le projet lors des ateliers, oraux et échanges avec le maître d'ouvrage. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

    Votre expertise vous permet d'être force de proposition, d'identifier les risques, d'optimiser les solutions techniques et de sécuriser les engagements pris.
