Description
du poste et MissionsAu sein de l'équipe Achats de nos équipes SAV, vous serez principalement en charge de sélectionner et mettre à disposition des clients internes, le bien (produit, service ou prestation) adapté en tenant compte de son coût global de possession et de sa conformité en terme de qualité et de délai de mise à disposition.
Missions principales :
• Réaliser les appels d'offres pour les composants et/ou prestations (achetées ou sous-traitées), en étroite collaboration avec les services supports (équipes commerciales, bureau d'étude, service qualité, etc.) ;
• Négocier les contrats, prix et les conditions générales d'achat avec les fournisseurs potentiels ;
• Préparer, valider les commandes achats en tenant compte du résultat des négociations de prix, des conditions commerciales et autres conditions tout en assurant la tenue des délais de livraison ;
• Assurer la tenue à jour des bases de données fournisseurs et article/prix ;
• Informer les interlocuteurs opérationnels des éventuelles problématiques rencontrées avec les fournisseurs pouvant impacter les délais et les disponibilités ;
• Déployer des contrats cadre avec des fournisseurs stratégiques, de manière à simplifier et à accélérer le processus de gestion des commandes.
• Suivre les indicateurs achats de son périmètre d'activité, définir et ettre en œuvre un pln d'actiosn en cas de dérive.
En parallèle, selon les sujets en cours ou à venir au sein de l'entreprise, vous pourrez être partie prenante dans le suivi de projets achats.
Idéalement titulaire d'un bac +/ avec une spécialisation en achats, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins ans en tant qu'acheteur technique dans un environnement industriel ou bac+ avec au moins ans d'expérience (approvisionnements / achats).
Polyvalence, flexibilité, agilité, rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'équipe et capacité à être force de proposition seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir à ce poste.
Une expérience dans le domaine de l'après-vente srea fortement appréciée.
Une maîtrise de logiciel ERP comme l'AS ou SAP est un réel atout.
La pratique de l'anglais opérationnel (minimum niveau B) est nécessaire.
