Skills required:
Experienced engineer to elaborate and coordinate the methods for the Quad Joint plant engineering in France (St Quentin en Yvelyne) and site fabrication in Brazil (Saipem Yard / Guaruja).
Key roles are:
- Organize with all project members the Quad Joint factory design including:
- Plant engineering with Asset, Yard, Structure, Civil
- Workstation definition
- Productivity calculation
- Method Statement development
- Lifting & stacking calculation
- Launch the preparation & set up the plant in Brazil
- Launch of the plant production
- Fine tune & follow up of the quad joints production.
