Our fast-growing, dynamic Healthcare Partner Sales team are hiring a Partner Sales Manager in France (remote)


You'll join a friendly Nuance team that is now part of Microsoft - our technology is used by 10,000 healthcare organisations and 550,000 clinicians worldwide and our AI‐powered solutions capture 300 million patient stories each year.

You'd be joining us at an exciting time as our partnership with Microsoft grows, you'd be working in a super innovative sector in a challenging time (post pandemic) with massive push for our technologies (due to physician burnout, healthcare digitalization and healthcare professional mobility)


Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts concurrently & longterm
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization to establish alignment on mutual goals and trust in the future interactions
  • Develops and oversees the execution of accounts plans for multiple accounts to ensure Nuance revenue targets and customer business needs are met.
  • Develops valueproposition presentation (e.g., with the use of business cases) and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate new opportunities.
  • Implements strategies to engage relevant stakeholders of assigned accounts and create and/or identify upselling/crossselling opportunities and drive usage of Nuance products
  • Educate decision makers of assigned accounts on Nuance's value proposition aligned to customer's business objectives. Establishes the competitive advantage. Develops plans to offer solutions that satisfy customers' key performance indicators (KPIs) and align the right partner solution for customer industry needs.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including quote to cash teams, support, service, technical and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Assist with ongoing partner training, marketing, and overall enablement programs
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 10+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience working with Consulting Companies and/or technology vendors to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Experience working in the territory with Healthcare partners and/or customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required skills:

  • Partner management experience in the French EMR industry
  • Good understanding of the French EMR partners landscape
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and other performance metrics.
  • Quick Learner with Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, including ROI quantification and justification
  • Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships ranging from senior level executives to technical contacts
  • Possess a strong business acumen in managing strategic accounts or partnerships with the ability to understand strategic business drivers
  • Program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable results
  • Excellent communication and crossfunctional teamwork skills (order management, product management, support, sales, legal and senior management)
  • Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills
  • Fluent French and English

Preferred skills:

  • Strong sales background in the French Healthcare industry
  • EHR (Healthcare Information System for documenting and accounting of medical services)
  • SaaS/Cloud experience
  • A technical background
