Job Description:


Main Activities and Responsibilities
Directly attached to the Global Demand planner manager, you will have the following missions:
Demand Planning

  • Collect, Clean and Process the Demand data in order to build the Demand Planning and assess Demand trends
  • Sync on a weekly basis with Sales and other stakeholders to get accurate Forecasts by including the internal and external factors
  • Utilize factbased and datadriven approach to challenge assumptions inconsistent with Brand strategy and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Drive root cause analyzes to understand demand plan error in previous periods, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate resolution of Demand/Supply imbalances with key stakeholders
  • Create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement in the Supply Chain and maximize Cash flows, Sales levels, and Service level
  • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with key stakeholders, and team members from various departments across all hierarchical and geographical levels (HQ, BU [EMEA, Americas and APAC] and Regions.
Project Management & Initiatives

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to successfully manage product transitions, both End of Life and New Product Introductions
  • Contribute to the 2nd Life Strategy and the Slow Movers Actions Plans
  • Participate in efforts to reduce costs throughout the whole Supply Chain
  • Work in a fastpaced environment using multiple IT systems and requiring development of reports integrating data from a variety of sources
  • Lead/support Operations related and Adhoc projects

Qualifications:


Your profile

  • Graduated from engineering school or master with a focus on supply chain or logistic or industry management, you have a significant 1rst experience in a similar position in an internal and SMB environment
  • You have good knowledges of the main concepts including, but not limited to: Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Procurement, Inventory, S&OP process
  • You are familar with an ERP (SAP ideally) and in Excel (VBA). PowerQuer & Power Bi could be a plus.
