    YOUR ROLE

    As a Sales Operations Excellence Specialist with a focus on Sales Strategy and Operations you will be responsible for all aspects of planning & performance optimisation, reporting and dashboarding, sales forecasting, sales process optimization, sales development and territory planning.

    YOUR RESPONSOBILITIES

  • Establish a sales operations structure and environment that will promote and implement strategy and operational models to deliver high and consistent service levels to the organization to grow revenue
  • Visualizing the 'customer journey' funnels, from suspect-prospect-lead-opportunity-customer
  • Building bridges between marketing – sales – services to enable smooth customer transitioning and create an environment with joint goals and efforts made on the same targets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business sales teams.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
  • Part of the sales management team, participating in management decision-making processes concerning commercial issues and procedures
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
  • Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems at all (commercial) levels
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills, ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
  • Strong technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Ability to present to XCOM and management team
  • Successful track record in: CRM, BI-tools, Supporting tools (office, other)
  • Influential negotiation skills are required
