- Establish a sales operations structure and environment that will promote and implement strategy and operational models to deliver high and consistent service levels to the organization to grow revenue
- Visualizing the 'customer journey' funnels, from suspect-prospect-lead-opportunity-customer
- Building bridges between marketing – sales – services to enable smooth customer transitioning and create an environment with joint goals and efforts made on the same targets.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business sales teams.
- Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
- Part of the sales management team, participating in management decision-making processes concerning commercial issues and procedures
- Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
- Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems at all (commercial) levels
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills, ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
- Strong technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to present to XCOM and management team
- Successful track record in: CRM, BI-tools, Supporting tools (office, other)
- Influential negotiation skills are required
