is looking for a NEW ERP Pilot Program Lead (f/m)
to join our DDMS and NEW ERP Program Department based in Marignane**, France.


New ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is not just an upgrade of our current SAP solution to the last and most modern version SAP S/4 HANA.

This is a profound transformation program aiming at revisiting our processes, methods and tools to build together our future and sustainable backbone that will allow working smarter, quicker for our people, customers, suppliers and our businesses.

Final step of company integration will not be possible without a holistic transformation with technology as accelerator in all sites

The deployment of SAP S/4 HANA at Airbus Helicopters Spain (AHE) will be the first site at Airbus Helicopters to have all end-to-end processes running on this new platform

Non-standardization across functions and sites prevent best practices sharing and deployment.

A successful deployment of SAP S/4 HANA at AHE will decrease the risks and easy the deployment at mother companies

Harmonized & integrated processes across all sites

Identification of major challenges for further deployment at mother company and Customer Centers

Data consistency & continuity

User-friendly solutions

Mission:

Reporting to the Head of New ERP Program and having a direct link to local AHE project lead you will have to make sure that there is always a strong alignment between New ERP Program in the mother companies at DON & MAR and the local deployment team at Albacete.

You have to monitor AHE pilot performance, to control project data including key deliverables during the deployment phase, to prepare reports and to prepare and lead related meetings.

Pilot project planning, detailed scheduling and reporting

Alignment between the different local Business functions an across sites (DON/MAR/ALB)

Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources and business and technical data

Monitor activities and open topics at our local external Service Integrator

Backlog management

Risk and opportunity management

Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews,

Good practice of English, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

Ability to listen and to understand quickly

Rigor on facts and figures

Team player

Experience in projects management, project controlling and Risks / Opportunity Management (Advanced Level)

Agile method knowledge appreciated
