The Job:


We seek a Sales Director / Director of Origination in France to advance our mission by sourcing and securing attractive investment opportunities in telecommunications.


Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators that source and close on telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions.

Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions.


Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company's asset portfolio.

Experience:A background in telecommunications real estate.

Real estate negotiation and closing experience.

Business-to-Consumer direct sales, including outbound dialing.

Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers a plus.

Experience leading sales teams preferred.
