    Amundi is looking for a product strategist for the ALTO* Wealth & Distribution offering.

    The product strategy team reports to the CPO (Chief Product Officer) of Amundi Technology. The team is in charge of defining the product vision, defining the product roadmap and ensuring its orchestration with R&D department on one side and the sales, presales and marketing team on the other side. At the heart of AMUNDI Technology, you orchestrate multiple teams and department and own your product. You are the cornerstone and represent the client internally. Externally, you work alongside the sales, marketing and presales team to share our view and support the sales effort. You can be involved an high profile deals to show our engagement toward certain key prospects and clients.

    The ALTO Wealth & Distribution platform target retail banks, private banks, wealth managers and multi-family offices to help them manage the end-to-end management of client allocation including the client digital experience. From the retail banking segment, allocation are model portfolio driven allocation, whereas for the HNWI, allocation construction requires to build tailor made allocation leveraging advanced risk, analytics & portfolio optimization under constraints.

  • Main responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the client internally
  • Own the product externally in client facing and eventually to events & conference
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to help feed your roadmap and our sales teams
  • Translate high level market requirement into capabilities
  • Identify differentiating levers to stay ahead of competition
  • Build, own & monitor the product roadmap
  • Pilot R&D execution
  • Align with marketing & presales to ensure full comprehension and a smooth go-to-market
  • Support our GTM construction
  • Understand and challenge R&D technical implementation. You own the What & Why but you need to understand the How
  • Work hand in hand the construction of our UX/UI vision with the UX/UI team to feed R&D teams
  • Ensure all sales collaterals are available for our sales & marketing effort including value proposition, client pain points, our differentiation per target market segment
  • Drive innovation with clients
  • Deliverables

  • Up-to-date roadmap, ensure roadmap execution and monitor progress
  • Backlog priorization together with R&D at the feature level
  • Monitor competitive landscape
  • Identify market trends (clients trends, new regulation, news entrants)
  • Support production of sales & marketing collaterals
  • Support sales & presales for high profile
