- Investigar e identificar tendencias emergentes en video marketing y narración.
- Convertirse en un experto creativo en mobile gaming mediante benchmarking y experimentación.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a en las últimas tendencias, técnicas y herramientas de diseño.
- Gestionar múltiples proyectos asegurando altas calidades y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Ser creativo/a y tener una mentalidad hacker.
- Dominio de software de edición y post-producción de video como After Effects y Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capacidad para crear e implementar conceptos creativos alineados con la identidad de marca.
- Excelente comunicación y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinares.
- Atención al detalle y entrega de trabajos de alta calidad en ambientes dinámicos.
- Grado en diseño gráfico, motion graphics o campo relacionado.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico, motion graphics o campos similares.
- Conocimientos de la industria del gaming son un plus.
- 3D/animación y conocimientos en Unity son valorados.
