You should be interested in our opportunity as an **_Graphic Designer Junior W/M_**

**Main missions**:

- Create visuals and graphic concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers/customers according to different briefings and requests.
- Study assets briefs and determine requirements with brand and category marketing teams.
- Define & propose the best creative depending on the various consumer touchpoint (digital,retail, point of sale, print )
- Produce marketing campaign visuals and ensure launch
- Work on multiple projects within design specifications, brand priorities and timing, budget guidance.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images/videos and presents ideas.
- Explore creative graphic solutions and propose them for campaigns based on the project brief.
- Convince, be able to produce attractive creations and explain and communicate its creations (drawings, mock-up, prototypes) to the project team
- Benchmark to ensure creative innovation.
- Execute Ad'hoc creative projects (office banners, illustration for the various business units )

**_ Missions principales :_**
- Créer des visuels et des concepts graphiques afin de communiquer des idées qui inspirent, informent ou captivent les consommateurs/clients en fonction des différents briefings et demandes
- Etudier les briefs graphiques et déterminer les besoins des marques avec les équipes marketing
- Définir et proposer les visuels les plus adaptés en fonction des différents points de contact avec le consommateur
- Produire des visuels de campagne marketing en respectant les concepts créatifs validés afin d'assurer la cohérence graphique globale (adaptation pour les réseaux sociaux, formats dédiés pour nos différents clients )
- Gérer plusieurs projets dans le respect des spécifications design, des priorités et du calendrier de la marque, ainsi que des
