Déscriptif du poste:

Êtes-vous intéressé par le monde de la mode et souhaitez-vous démarrer votre carrière dans une marque de mode emblématique ? C'est peut-être le travail qu'il vous faut Nous recrutons un Facility Assistant Stagiaire au siège de KARL LAGERFELD à Amsterdam.

Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez le fonctionnement quotidien du bureau parisien de Karl Lagerfeld afin d'assurer une qualité et un service de haute qualité aux employés, visiteurs et clients de Karl Lagerfeld.

Vousrapporterezdirectement au Facility Coordinator Paris.

Missions:

Accueil et prise en charge des visiteurs.
Soutenir la logistique quotidienne des courriers entrants / sortants (DHL, UPS, coursiers, etc.)
Approvisionnement quotidien en fournitures de bureau et produits de première nécessité, par exemple eau, café, nourriture.
Contrôles réguliers du bâtiment (zones intérieures et extérieures)
Responsable d'un environnement de bureau fonctionne

Formations:

- Études sur la mode, la vente au détail, l'hôtellerie ou de la gestions technique

Bonne mentalité
Langue : maîtrise du français et/ou de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Soucieu (se) du détail et bon sens de l'organisation
Pack office

A propos de vous:

Capable de travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu'en équipe.
Intérêt et passion pour l'industrie de la mode ainsi que la gestion technique d'immeuble
La flexibilité, l'adaptabilité et une attitude positive de « pouvoir faire » sont indispensable
Disponible pour un minimum de 6 mois
