'- You are an inspirational and motivational leader for your team of interior designers who create design solutions to improve the lives of many people.

You have a keen visual commercial sense and excellent communication skills.
You are able to implement action plans, guide their implementation and monitor objectives with a view to generating growth and profitability over the long term.
You are able to communicate in French nd English (written and oral).

A day in your life with us

Reporting to the Home Furnishing & Retail Design Manager, you contribute to the positioning of the IKEA store as the first choice for home design in your market area.

You use your extensive knowledge of home furnishings and living conditions in your market to create up to date room sets.
You bring vitality to all areas of the store, both commercial and coworkers.
You ensure that interior designers use IKEA's own tools and methods to create quality, simple and costeffective interior design solutions.
You develop your creativity by closely following interior design trends.
You recruit, develop, motivate and manage your team of interior designers, with the support of the Home Furnishing and Retail Design Manager.
