VOTRE MISSION

Role summary:


  • Reporting to the VP Marketing & Commercial Performance, the Sales Data Analyst will be a member of the Group Marketing, Customer Experience and Commercial Performance team and will responsible of the following activities:
  • Consolidate & analyze commercial data to support International & Group Business Pipeline Review (BPR) preparation and management
  • Support to define & implement commercial performance KPIs & dashboard.
  • Support the tool team in the development of new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Essential Responsabilities:


1) Business Pipeline Review (BPR) data preparations

  • Contribute to quarterly commercial package. Actual results analysis and active pipeline review to enable Group Business Pipeline Review process for International i.e. AMECA, INDIA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, EUROPE & ITALY
  • Consolidation & Analysis of the FRANCE & Group pipeline 2 times a year
  • Support group pipeline analysis & prioritization based on Group Segmentation

2) Support to define & implement commercial performance KPIs & dashboard

  • Support to build and implement a commercial dashboard for the Management team (POWER BI)
  • Support the sales team meeting and develop the relevant sales performance KPIs
Perform & analyze a Post-Mortem survey on won & lost opportunities

3) Support the tool team in the development of new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Contribute to design, develop and test all Salesforce or equivalent reporting including but not limited to orders review by BU, region, Business Model, Business Segment,
  • Ensure that developments of new features in the CRM correspond to the needs expressed by the field (Commercial BUs)

VOTRE PROFIL
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Data Science or Economics is required, advanced degree preferred.
0 to 1+ years' experience in commercial/ sales/ marketing/ data analysis and tools and process improvement position.
Influencing skills.

Ability to build bridges and relationships with key stakeholders and achieve organizational buy-in from employees who sit outside of his/her direct team.

Culturally sensitive and adept with extensive international background
Strong logic and analytical skills are a must
A commitment to learn on the job with boundaryless spirit
High ethical standards demonstrated by the individual's reputation for high integrity in business.


Desired Characteristics:

Fluent English and French
Knowledge or mastery of multiple languages is a plus
Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Point,..)
