Innovation Scientist

We are looking for an
Innovation Scientist to join our cosmetic color team in Saint-Ouen l'Aumône (95), France.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in NPD and customer driven projects for natural surface treatments and dispersions.


What you'll do:


  • Product development: Plan, execute, and analyze trials to screen raw materials and validate methods in the development of new surface treatments and dispersions.
  • Lead projects from ideation phase through commercialization and launch of the new products.
  • Provide technical support to Sales team during customer meetings and new product introduction to the market.

What you'll bring:


  • Engineering school or Master's degree in Chemistry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of working effectively in crossfunctional teams and ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Curiosity and passion to learn.
  • Fluent in English and French.
