Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.

We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.

We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.

The role you could fill:


As the Commercial offer & Sales support Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of specialists focused on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions for key accounts within the last-mile delivery (LMD) sector.

This position involves cross-functional management to support co-construction efforts with key customers.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of key accounts while aligning with the overall business strategy.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop sales support materials for the sales teams as a complete solution for our customers (Product, services) in close collaboration with Flexis program (Hardware) and Service & Solutions teams.
  • Define and implement sales process to secure proper sales journey from prospection to delivery including CRM management.
  • Plan and run coconstruction project as support to operational teams. Engage in coconstruction efforts with all stakeholders with our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints.
  • Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team.
  • Work as one team with other support functions at Flexis: Crossfunctional work with talents of expert
  • Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective.
