- Client stewardship: accompanying clients on key projects with enforcement of SLA
- Lead Bi-monthly Business Forum & presentations to Marketing teams
- Steer Bi-annual Competitive Analysis & control quality of outputs from the team
- Lead ad hoc requests for the client's Senior Leadership (Top 2 Top, COMEX etc)
- Network management: develop strong relationships as 1st escalation point for local market leads
- Develop annual Media recommendations for top 5 franchises (on & offline)
- Organise team priorities & output. This role includes direct line management of 3 mangers (team also includes 1 exec and 1 intern under your remit)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: account, digital, operations, strategy & IM to ensure seamless one team response to client requests & leverage relevant talent per project.
- You speak English and French fluently
- You are curious, serious and rigorous with top communication and collaboration skills
- Strong oral presentation skills (you actively enjoy presenting to clients)
- Knowledge and or interest of the beauty/ luxury sector is much appreciated
- 6 years agency experience minimum
