The mission of the Senior Manager Performance Excellence is to ensure the development and implementation of an Performance Excellence system, by leading hands-on and on-site improvement projects, with usage of Lean, Six Sigma and TPM concepts & tools assessing the effectiveness of the implementation, all leading to sustainable improvements of the Performance result and an engaged team of experts.

• Deputy of Global Fabrication & Assembly Manager related to Performancel Excellence
• Development of the Habasit Performance Excellence System (HAPEX system)
• Defining and writing the modules of the Performance Excellence System
• Developing Performance Excellence training material
• Implementation management of Performance Excellence System Globally
• Initial Site assessment on what to do first and what to do next
• HAPEX System assessment on site to determine level of maturity after (initial) implementation
• Lead assessor of HAPEX System
• Trainer of HAPEX process, tools and techniques
• Leading complicated Improvement projects on group or plant level
• Leading workshops and implementation events
• Coaching local Performance Excellence coordinators
• Coaching Performance Excellence Managers & Coordinators

• Bachelor in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minumum 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of continuous improvement systems, like Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Operational or Performance Excellence, World Class Manufacturing, etc.
• Qualification level ideally Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt / Master Coach

• Able to engage and communicate with all levels and functions inside Habasit
• Strong focus on the shopfloor, while focussed on customer value and following the strategy
• Cando mentality, does not easily give up
• Able to overcome resistance for change, able to build bridges and developping a solid network
• Analytical & results oriented
• Pragmatic and outof the box thinker
• Eager to learn and liking change
