Responsibilities:

Specializing in automotive financial services, Ayvens (ALD/ Leasplan Automotive is a leader in Operational Vehicle Leasing.

Its range of services enables companies in France and abroad to focus on their core business by entrusting the financing, management, and maintenance of their vehicle fleets.

Its holding company, Newco SA, is responsible for the development of the group and the supervision of its activities in the countries where it operates.

It provides technical support and promotes the creation of synergies between countries.


The overall mission is to assist the Head of Regulatory Compliance in the management and coordination with Société Générale Group to adapt compliance norms and standards to Newco/ALD activities,and ensure proper implementation by local entities and businesses.


Main responsibilties include:

  • Be a reference for Ayvens on Regulatory Compliance on selected risk domains/ topics among the key regulatory risks including Corruption and Conduct, Client protection, CSR (list not exhaustive),
  • Contribute to increase team expertise:
  • Strongly support the implementation of integration work jointly with LP team on relevant topics
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Ayvens compliance framework
  • Implement and adapt SG group initiatives, where relevant, being a full support for the local entities in the enhancement of their regulatory compliance set up
  • Participate in annual risk assessment exercises (Compass, Corruption), capacity assessment
  • Advising the dealflow team on cases escalated to Ayvens Compliance on relevant risks

Profile required:


To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

  • Organizational skills (audit trail of analyses and supporting documents)
  • Excellent written expression
  • Knowledge of leasing activities and/or Société Générale structures and organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to concrete situations
  • Probity, autonomy, and independence
  • Sense of internal customer service (deadlines, quality of answers given to entities)
  • Ability to summarize and present the main business indicators
  • Master 2 in Compliance, Legal, Economics, Political Science and Business School.
  • At least 57 years' experience in the compliance field is required
  • Good level of English required (written and spoken)
