ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a
Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team and work closely with the Communications team. As a key

member of our Communications team, you will collaborate with the Strategy Planning team, Go-to-Market team, Content Strategists, PR

agencies, and Region's stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies that elevate the Byredo brand.


As a Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the communication strategy across various media, social media platforms, events, and gifting campaigns.

In this role, you will also provide administrative support to the global communication team and foster strong relationships with PR agencies and local marketing stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness and amplifying the reach of Byredo's message.

This role will play a pivotal position in realizing our vision and ambitions across all categories of the business.

As a Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Press:


  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive global PR strategy.
  • Be the key point of contact for press and communicationrelated operational questions at a global level.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and press offices in link with subsidiaries and commercial partners.
  • Handle press requests from all markets.
  • Deploy press launches.
  • Coordinate and manage press days, including logistics and scheduling.

Participation in event organization and execution:

  • Monitor technical aspects of each project, including briefs, schedules, listings, invitations, caterers, etc., to ensure flawless execution.
  • Work with the studio and other brand departments to make every BYREDO appearance a successful 360° experience.
  • Adopt a ROIdriven approach, manage budgets, and set relevant KPIs.
  • Participate in organizing events related to the promotion of the brand or its products: new store openings, exhibitions, launch events, etc.
  • Provide guidelines to markets for local press/influencer events.

Competitive Monitoring:


  • Conduct studies and collect all information related to communicationsrelated activities from competitors (social media, events, store openings, etc.)

Analysis & reporting:


  • Media coverage monitoring
  • Press coverage reporting (monthly/yearly/product launch related PR reports)

Administrative Monitoring of Projects and Product Logistics:

  • Budget and invoicing follow-up in collaboration with finance departments.
  • Supervise logistics and sample trafficking for photoshoots or events and new launches.
  • Manage product forecasts
  • Place internal orders
