    Your role and mission


The Customer Service Project Manager is responsible for executing the LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement) scope of work, the revamping projects, and for coordinating the maintenance campaigns on green hydrogen generators and storage-refueling stations.

She/he is responsible for contractual metrics achievement (e.g. on time delivery, availability) and financial results.

The Customer Service Project Manager stays within a cross functional and international team, collaborating with Field Services, Engineering, Finance, Quality, IT and Supply Chain.


Your main responsabilities

  • Customer single point of contact for after sales service projects
  • Setting Customer expectations and relevant tracking through appropriate KPI
  • Accountability for compliance with site EHS rules
  • Management of project planning and execution in after sales phase
  • Coordination of Engineering, Supply Chain and Field Service activities to execute projects
  • Collection, reporting and periodic review of financial information on the assigned projects
  • Loopback process: reports findings from sites to the functions

Your profile

Expected background

  • Engineering/Business master degree
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Service
  • Fluent French and English language (C1 eq.)
  • Previous experience in international multicultural teams constitutes a plus

What we offer

Working conditions:


  • Full time position based in France or Germany (remote meetings and job travels within EU)
  • Start possibility: january 2023
  • Remuneration: package consisting of a base salary with a bonus
- lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)

  • 75% reimbursement of public transport
  • Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
