Job Offer: Geriatric Doctor HAD M/F EstablishmentThe establishment of Home Hospitalization (HAD) operates in Nursing Homes, medico-social establishments, as well as in collaboration with home nursing care services (SSIAD) in the Marseille area and the south of the Etang de Berre.Existing TeamThe current team consists of 3 coordinating and general practitioner doctors, as well as a multi-professional team composed of coordinating nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists, dieticians, etc.Recruitment ContextSpecialty sought: Geriatric Doctor HAD M/FType of contract: Full-time permanent contract (possibility of part-time and compatible with a private practice) Type of exercise: Salaried - Managerial packageHours: from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm Standby duties: telephone standby duties are expected on weekends and nights according to a schedule established by the medical team. The doctor only travels in case of emergencyGeographical area: the position concerns the intervention area of Marseille and the south of the Etang de Berre, with a company car provided for travel. In addition, a mobile phone and a tablet or laptop will be provided.Missions

• coordinated care of patients from a geographical area (pre-admission, admission, medical follow-up, discharge) or by specialty
• daily medical follow-up with the sector coordinating team, VAD if necessary, weekly reevaluation of the therapeutic project (RPP), in connection with treating and hospital doctors
• documentation of the EHR and medical-administrative follow-up
• participation in works to improve the quality and safety of care, as well as in the institution's bodies
• participation in care development projects
• participation in meetings with the city/hospital network

• Possible training
• Housing assistance for doctors coming from another region (during the 1st month of the trial period)

Your Profile

Holder of the State Diploma of Doctor of Medicine and holder of the diploma, certificate, or qualification required by the current regulations according to the specialty practiced. Registration with the Medical Board and the Shared Directory of Health Professionals (RPPS) is mandatory.Conditions: To apply for this offer, you must hold a medical degree.
