In this role, we'll be looking for you to grow the business by maintaining and further developing existing Western Union agent/partners network (all France) and leading a team of Field Sales Executives.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop the Western Union retail business in France, managing the relationship with existing accounts within your territory and increasing same store sales.
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives
  • Be responsible for selling the complete product portfolio to existing agents.
  • Develop insight into the market and understanding competitor activity.
  • Be responsible for revenue growth and location rampup for existing accounts. Includes setting targets and KPI's and managing performance.
  • Help Marketing to ensure WU programs are supported across agent's locations.
  • Coordinate the resolution of Agent/location issues and hand them off to internal teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Country Head to deliver upon country growth targets.
  • Engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategies in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Be the key contact person for agent relationship management in your region and overall seek to increase the use of our services and products with agents.
  • Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory, through agent management.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in outside Business Development/Account management, ideally within the financial services or the retail sector.
  • Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach and guide a sales team to success.
  • Motivated, driven and thrive on managing a portfolio of agents.
  • Fluency in English and French are required.
  • Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams in a global, fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
