    We are looking for an Inside Sales representative in Fisher Scientific in France for the Industry Segment. You will be a key member of our Inside Sales team. Come and join us

    A day in the Life:

  • You will handle assigned accounts and customers to achieve sales targets using a range of Sales tools.
  • Prospecting and upselling/cross-selling to develop current business and acquire new business from our wide range of scientific products
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new customers through outbound telephone calls to all levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made
  • We will support you to lead your own panel of customer accounts, building strong customer relationships via telephone, email and other digital methods, supporting customers finding the best products and solutions.

    This role will be Hybrid (working from home/Illirch) or fully remote). It is an ideal role to develop a sales career with an industry-leading global company, where we will train you to develop all the required sales and commercial skills to be successful.     Keys to Success:

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience

  • Some lab experience and familiarity with general laboratory equipment, consumables, and chemicals
  • Telephone sales experience preferred, but any telephone-based, customer-facing, or general sales experience
  • Sales-focused mentality, with genuine desire to work in a sales role
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • French and written/spoken English
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must, sales force software a plus
