Join our Financial team as a Jr. Financial Analyst in France.

Are you driven by analytical challenges, and eager to make a meaningful contribution to decision-making? We're seeking a talented individual to collaborate closely with our Sr.

Financial Analyst in analyzing the data, developing and delivering insightful reports and presentations.


Responsabilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting:


  • Engage in monthend closure processes and analyze variances against budget, forecast, and longterm plans to identify trends and insights.
  • Manage a variety of reports, including financial statements, budget analyses, performance metrics, and other adhoc reports as required.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all reported data, adhering to relevant regulations, accounting standards (US GAAP and FR GAAP) and internal procedures.
  • Participate in improvement projects, process enhancements, and BI implementations within Finance.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:


  • Participate in Budget/Forecast phase and contributing to 10year plan submissions.
  • Contribute to input requests, analysis, and slide preparation.
  • Prepare impactful overviews highlighting risks and opportunities.

Corporate relationship:


  • Serve as a contact for Europe and corporate finance teams, providing data and analysis support.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Conduct specific or ad hoc financial analysis for our Investors.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven first experience in a reporting or financial analysis role
  • Proven experience in designing and developing reporting systems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and reporting software (Oracle, OAS, TM1 or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
