Description

Doctolib is looking for a new talent to accompany Doctolib's growth.

You will join the Compensation & Benefits team (3 persons) led by the C&B Senior Manager, within the _People Strategy_ department.

What you'll do:

You will be involved on a wide range of C&B topics (compensation, benefits, shareholding) on a global scope (France, Germany, Italy).

As a Compensation & Benefits Partner (x/f/m), your responsibilities will cover:

Compensation:

Contribute to salary review monitoring
Draft and update salary bands
Advise other People teams on compensation topics (Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, People Strategy)
Review and update our bonus schemes
Participate to salary surveys, identify relevant benchmarks and new sources of data
Ensure our compensation philosophy fits our needs

Benefits:

Ensure our benefits offer is on par with our ambition
Monitor Health and disability plans (France, Germany & Italy)
Set up KPI to ensure efficiency of our benefits

Employee shareholding plan:

In partnership with the Corporate Legal team, administer shareholding plans
Manage new granting rounds
Propose evolutions for our model

Other projects:

Implement job leveling and participate to its maintenance
Build and Individual Social Report (ISR)
Propose tools adjustments and process changes in order to accompany Doctolib's growth
Upgrade our communication around Compensation & Benefits
