**Présentation de la mission**

Votre mission consiste à garantir la production des releases standard Ekip 360 et notamment du respect des plannings et de la qualité (absence de régressions).
Dans le cadre de cette mission vous pourrez vous appuyer sur les différents départements de la BL pour disposer des ressources nécessaires.
Votre objectif dans un premier temps est de publier une release officielle de nos principales versions (actuellement R5.1.x & R5.2.x) tous les 3 mois. L'objectif à atteindre d'ici un an est de publier une release corrective par mois.

**Tâches à réaliser et critères d'évaluation**
Dans le cadre de cette mission, les tâches suivantes vous sont confiées:

- Piloter le cycle de release défini
- Dérouler les TNRs définis et assurer les corrections idoines
- Vérifier la note Sonar
- Ensemble des critères de sécurité Sonar = A
- D'autres critères pourront être ajoutés par la suite
- Valider la bonne exécution des tests. Taux de succès attendu des TNRs
- TNR « Core » : 100%
- TNR Extended : 95%
- Constitution et validation d'une release corrective mensuelle pour les principales version d'Ekip360
- Constituer les releases notes correctives
- Enrichir les tests automatiques existant avec l'appui de votre ressource dédiée. L'objectif d'automatisation des tests est le suivant:
