Contribute to our development:

To enhance Groupe SEB's E-commerce & D2C sales and profitability, the focus begins with online sales


This involves:

  • Picturing online performance comprehensively, with a holistic view including market shares online/offline, macroeconomic factors, and Ecommerce trends over the mid to long term.
  • Exploring detailed data and business analysis mixing several dimensions like product, category, distribution channel or market level to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in Ecommerce & D2C execution and assessing the effectiveness of action plans.
  • Compiling regular analysis reports tailored to different regions and markets for informed decisionmaking.

Your main missions are:

Business analysis: You provide the management team, including COMEX, Regional CoDir, and Corporate E-commerce & D2C teams, with factual and data-driven insights on business performance. Leveraging various data assets within the Groupe, such as Panels, Financial, Sell out (transactional), and Digital behavioral data from our D2C websites and CRM, you design methodologies to address both ad-hoc and regular analysis. You use data and business analysis to promptly raise warnings or identify best practices, supporting the preparation and facilitation of business discussions.

Action plan measurement: You assess the impact of the action plan rollout at the market level, considering the fundamentals of commercial excellence outlined in the E-commerce Golden rules, as well as market-specific contexts and plans. You ensure consistency in methodologies and KPIs to effectively gauge the success of implemented strategies.
Additionally, you deed dive in some levers such as Content quality, Ratings & Reviews coverage, and offer performance.

Packaged regular analysis: You develop and maintain E-commerce monthly updates on Business KPIs, ensuring they are shared with teams across all continents to support regional and market teams in maintaining a contextualized analysis of their performance.

For that, contribute to the evolution of the technical data stack (governance, architecture, practices) to drive automation and concentrate on high-value tasks.

Contribution to animation of the practice: You actively contribute to the animation of the practice by generating interest, curiosity and focus among teams on business analysis and available data products, leading by example and contributing to trainings of data users. You gather feedback from markets and relay it to the rest of the Commercial Performance Analytics team for continuous improvement of data products.


Bring your skills:


  • Master's degree in marketing, Business or Technology with 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, making data accessible to teams and using it for business decisions in Ecommerce or Retail context.


You have experience in using BI tools such as Qlik (current Groupe solution), Tableau, or PowerBI, with certification in one of these tools being beneficial.

Proficiency in advanced data analysis, including SQL, is required.

Your experience in analyzing Retail or E-commerce data, coupled with curiosity about trends in those sectors, is valuable.


You demonstrate the capacity to structure an analysis framework to address specific questions, encompassing the global context, and you are interested in incorporating macroeconomic factors.

This includes conducting a deep dive into the factors and levers that contribute to performance and browse for various sources of information.


  • Leveraging analysis, you have the ability to package insights and learnings that can inform action plans across short to longterm horizons.
  • You excel in understanding and addressing the needs, challenges, and concerns of team members and stakeholders.
