You provide input to reporting and governance for key performance indicators and contribute to measurements of performance data, analytics, scorecards and tracking, providing insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

How you will contribute

You will:

Help create business metrics including KPIs
Provide indepth analysis and regular and ad hoc reporting
Provide input for presentations to senior management to aid decision making and continuous improvement
Develop and improve analytical tools and visual aids

Vous serez amenés à travailler sur les missions suivantes :_

_Création__, _
_diffusion__ et _
_amélioration__ des _rapports_ et _tableaux de bord_ pour l'équipe Demand Planning &Fulfillment (DP&F) Europe de l'Ouest (France, Benelux, Espagne, Portugal, Italie) et le CS&L_

Participation à la définition de la _
_stratégie__ digitale (outils, supports, formations) du DP&F et son implémentation _
Elaboration de la _
_gouvernance__ digitale (architecture, gestion des accès et autorisation, maintenance des données et des reports) et son suivi_
Animation du _
_partage de savoir__ et des best practices à travers à la communauté Digitale CS&L Western Europe et MEU_

_ Veille__ exploratoire sur les nouveaux outils (Datalake, NoCodeLowCode, AI) et fonctionnalités ainsi que la stratégie MDS & CS&L_

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si..._
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Powerpoint, VBA, PowerBI,), _
Avez une expérience des outils BI (Analysis for Office, BeX, PowerBI, Tableau.) _
Etes à l'aise avec la manipulation de grandes quantités de données, base de données_
Vous avez une capacité d'écoute et de synthèse pour répondre aux besoins d'utilisateurs de différents niveaux hiérarchiques (Managers/Users/Senior management) et pays_
Savez faire preuve de capacité d'organisation et de planification de votre travail_
Vous êtes curieux et enthousiaste des nouveaux outils digitaux_
