We have a team of more than 600 employees representing over 67 nationalities spread across seven offices located in Paris, Berlin, Sofia, Noida, Bengaluru, Seattle and Toronto.


As Digital & Marketing Designer, you will:

  • Respond to creative briefs and carry out design work from concept to delivery.
  • Come up with concepts and designs for advertising campaigns & social media channels.
  • Creation of icons, images, and infographics.
  • Deliver design for our website
  • UI design.
  • A big plus if you have experience with designing graphics for video content as well.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align on campaign objectives and audience.
  • Drive initiatives and propose proactive work to elevate our output.
  • You'll be measured on the performance of the campaigns you were part of.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of the creative team by demonstrating a high level of organization & project management.

What will contribute to your success:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Designer/Conceptual designer
  • English proficiency a must.
  • You are able to convey complex ideas using simple, engaging visuals.
  • A sense of branding and marketing and the ability to create different engaging messaging under the same brand while maintaining consistency.
  • Curious, selfmotivated with a desire to learn & grow in the role
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive and adapt in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and assure deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma are a must.
