In line with the AXA Group's Driving Progress 2023 strategy and ambition to develop an innovative, transversal solution to help us better serve our customers, AXA's Management Committee recently announced a new strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) - designed to transform AXA's value proposition.

Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where our focus on insurance protection will transition to a combination of protection, prevention, and services - moving from loss prevention to loss prediction.

AXA DCP relies on creating an ecosystem of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients.

Clients will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets.

The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.

AXA DCP aims to:

Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group
Create a platform for risk management and prevention services
Build an ecosystem of business partnersAs the Security Architect of AXA DCP, you will be responsible for providing security & technical leadership and direction for the entire AXA DCP organization in a fastpaced environment, being the "know all" about cybersecurity for the development and implementation of new technologies, and of DCP target platform in particular.

Your role will encompass several significant functions including Security Architecture, Auditor, Security Advisor, Security Governance and Security in Software and Infrastructure Engineering in a Cloud context.

You will be a key member of the technical team and will play a critical role in the company's growth and success.

You will report to the CTO of AXA DCP.

DISCOVER your opportunity**What will your essential responsibilities include?- Utilize emerging technologies to design and implement security solutions monitoring and improving solutions while working with an information security team Consulting and engineering in the design and development of security best practices implementation of security measures to meet business goals, customer needs and regulatory requirements Security considerations of cloud computing tracking and creating/enforcing policies that govern access sensitive technology resources and information assets for Identity and access management Design, build, implement and support enterprise-class security systems Align organizational security strategy and infrastructure with overall business and technology strategy Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and security requirements Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements Test security systems to ensure they behave as expectedTrain users in implementation or conversion of systemsYou will report to the Chief Technology Officer, AXA DCP

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Outstanding communication skills-
strong critical thinking and analytical skills-
Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, technology projects and information security programs and practicesExpertise in the AWS Cloud key security and CyberSecurity threat protection systems and Managed Services like IAM, WAF, GuardRails, AWS Security hub, Amazon GuardDuty, AWS System Manager but also Amazon PC, Amazon Cognito, AWS Config, AWS Certificate Manager or Amazon KMS.-
Owner of the AWS Certified Security speciality certification and/or the AWS Certified Solution Architect-
good knowledge of standards related to regulatory compliance risk management (ISO
Master from engineering school or university equivalence at least 8 years of experience in the field of information systems security and cyber threats
