Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

As the
Technical Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the technical success of the delivery of leads from Dolead to our partners.

_This role is based in South America - full remote - Freelance_
Your missions

Production Backlog Execution: Take responsibility for executing tickets assigned to you on different production projects. Interface between technical developers and internal stakeholders to insure on time delivery

Performances Investigation: Conduct in-depth analyses of conversion performances across the entire portfolio (billable rate, fixable errors) on demand of the Distribution Team. Drive improvement initiatives, including processes optimizations and distribution structure to enhance overall conversion rates.

Client's Integration Management: Take responsibility for Dolead's integration to our clients' systems on WebService and Quality Loop (feedback loop, LDR) to ensure Dolead's service. Drive the ticket lifecycle based on Operations' needs, manage priorities by supervising the pool of developers and collaborate with the tech team in order to resolve bugs.

Develop Dolead App Usage and Toolbox:Train users on Dolead apps and ensure they are used correctly. Provide feedback to the Tech team regarding potential improvements and test new productivity tools, implementing them company-wide if proven effective.

Your Profile

2y of relevant experience on similar roles, managing tech projects
University degree (e.g., computer science, information technology)
Experience with building API connections
Interest in digital or technical project management
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, enabling you to analyze conversion performances and devise improvement strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams and operational teams
Fluent in English
Experience with Python
Able to follow and meet deadlines
