The Digital Pathology and Workflow Application consultant for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing a compelling technical solution and help communicate its value to customers, positioning Leica Biosystems as partner of choice.

This position is part of the Digital Pathology (DP) commercial team located in West of France and will be remotely based in the assigned territory. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Digital Pathology and workflow team and report to the Regional Sales Manager; Digital Pathology. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class support team organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Support the sales team in the products sales cycle
• Plan and organize product demonstration at customer site or during workshops
• Deliver state of the art training to end-users, emphasizing integration of our solutions in the lab workflow
• Communicate our product value to customers to broad audience (Pathologists, technical users, IT directors, decision makers).

The essential requirements of the job include:
• Scientific University degree and/or professional qualification around IT & Informatics, Pathology, Histology, Biomedical Science and/or Imaging, or software applications
• Knowledge of the role PACS, DICOM, Integration and Archival plays in hospitals and labs, Mirth, HL7 bidirectional and unidirectional LIS integration
• Must be willing to travel within their defined territory up to 50% of the time and also attend Sales and related product meetings as required nationwide
• Strong communication skills to successfully convey solutions to customers during presentations, take resistant customers/colleagues through the need finding journey and reinforcing the overall benefit
• Fluency in English and French

It would be a plus if you also possess:
• Experience in or knowledge of Histopathology lab
• Motivation when facing new challenges and proactively seeks answers

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur(e) d'Application, Digital Pathology & Workflow

Ce poste est destiné à une personne enthousiaste et pédagogue, prête à accompagner nos clients notamment sur la mise en route de nos instruments, leur intégration dans les solutions informatiques du laboratoire, la formation à leur utilisation. Le secteur géographique d'activité est situé en France Ouest Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir, à hauteur de 50%.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous aurez l'occasion de :

Assister l'équipe commerciale à des moments clés dans le cycle de ventePlanifier et organiser les démonstrations de produits sur les sites clients ou lors de workshopsAssurer une formation aux utilisateur finaux, tout en mettant en avant l'intégration de nos solutions dans le flux de travail du laboratoireCommuniquer et démontrer la valeur de nos solutions aux clients, devant des personnes clés : Médecins Pathologistes, Rérérents techniques, Directeurs informatiques, décisionnaires.

Les exigences essentielles pour ce poste sont les suivantes :

Un diplôme scientifique et/ou une expérience significative en Informatique/Histologie/Sciences Biomédicales ou Imagerie et logiciels.La connaissance du PACS, DICOM, Mirth, HL7, l'archivage et l'intégration de solutions informatiques complexes dans un laboratoire.La capacité à faire des déplacements jusque 50% du temps, incluant des réunions internes.Un aisance à la communication et la présentation démontrant les bénéfices de nos solutions devant une audience experte.La maitrise de l'anglais et du français
