The Technical Support inside Sales will support technically and commercially the European FTAP sales business unit on the Large Capital Projects ( LCP).

This position will create competitive differentiation through our value prop, breakthrough design as well as our agility to provide local support, the ability to discuss our customers' language, influence, and meet the customers, build relations.

This position is part of the Scientific Technical Support department (STS) and will be located in suburb of Paris, France

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review, understand LCP RFQ with Bid
• No Bid evaluation
• Size, Select product and design definition of separation solution
• Estimations of cost and lead time
• Create Technical and commercial proposals
• Provide clarifications to customers by attending Customer Meeting with Sales face to face and/or through Teams
• Provide technical and commercial support to Pall Sales Engineers and to act as the intermediary with the different departments

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Preferably a Chemical /Mechanical /Process engineer with experience in handling EPC, mechanical activities for at least 3 to 5 years
• Fluent in English, any other European languages will be beneficial (particularly but not limited French, Italian, Spanish)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Energy
• Chemical and Oil & Gas industry
• Vessel supplier activities

L'Ingénieur support technique sédentaire soutiendra techniquement et commercialement l' équipe des Ventes FTAP /Energie en charge des grands projets d'investissement (LCP) européens et mondiaux.

Ce poste créera une différenciation concurrentielle grâce à notre valeur ajoutée, notre conception révolutionnaire ainsi que notre agilité à fournir un soutien local, la capacité de discuter dans la langue de nos clients, d'influencer et de rencontrer les clients, d'établir des relations.

Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe support technique FTAP Energie STS et sera situé en France, région parisienne.
