Description
Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Head of Digital Office in defining the global customer data platform strategy and promote it across the organization
  • Prepare and animate with the HoD the various instances where the customer data strategy should be presented, generating demands for digital products or framework components use
  • Define and manage customer data platform and CRM transformation programs, approach and roadmap
  • Ensure that the customer data strategy and implementation roadmap is aligned with business strategy, goals and priorities as discussed in the different governance instances
  • Scope programs to deliver change in line with allocated budgets, business requirements and ressources availabilities
  • Communicate on progress of the delivery to all stakeholders
  • Manage programs financials : business case, forecast and budget allocation
  • Secure availability of ressources and skills
  • Oversee the design and implementation of the future customer data platform with integration of data sets from multiple sources for advanced analysis: Client referential, data lake for client data, analysis and restitution tools
  • Build new standards and processes to enable efficient usage of customer data from CRM and other sources
  • Set new methods for analyzing customer data to make recommendations and insights to busness
