We are looking for a talented and committed
Recruiter for our
Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to play a critical role in managing Amplifon's growth.
Paris (France),
Milan (Italy - our HQ) or
Hamburg (Germany). Other EU locations might be considered (Manchester, Barcelona, Utrecht).
**Main activities and responsibilities
- Partner with EMEA hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the longrange growth of the company
- Participate in special projects, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for seniorlevel openings
- University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
- Min 3 years Corporate and/or Search Firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice
- Must be fluent in English and French; German is highly appreciated
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a nonhierarchical, fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, selfdisciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and handson, balancing high quality longterm achievements and quickwins
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
- Deep intellectual curious and ability to question conventional wisdom
- Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to influence and work effectively with key crossfunctional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
