We are looking for a talented and committed
Recruiter for our
Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to play a critical role in managing Amplifon's growth.

The role can be based either in
Paris (France),
Milan (Italy - our HQ) or
Hamburg (Germany). Other EU locations might be considered (Manchester, Barcelona, Utrecht).

**Main activities and responsibilities

Partner with EMEA hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the longrange growth of the company
Participate in special projects, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for seniorlevel openings

**Education and experience

University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
Min 3 years Corporate and/or Search Firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice
Must be fluent in English and French; German is highly appreciated
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a nonhierarchical, fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, selfdisciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and handson, balancing high quality longterm achievements and quickwins
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
Deep intellectual curious and ability to question conventional wisdom
Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability
Ability to influence and work effectively with key crossfunctional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
