JOB MISSION:


To fully be responsible in the preparation of financial reports and monthly management accounts for the France Wholesale Subsidiary, under the supervision of Country Finance Manager.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Preparation of month end results including; accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze business performance, provide explanation on variances versus Budget or Forecast
  • Preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for input into global reporting package (actual & forecast)
  • Preparation of quarterly business review packs
  • Responsibility for specific departmental cost base tracking
  • Coordinate Regional monthly forecasts and annual budget
  • Preparation of monthly P&L by Customer/Key Account
  • Collation & consolidation of regional Commercial Conditions
  • Production of ad hoc management information reporting & analysis
  • Provide assistance to Finance Manager and Country Manager as needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:


  • Bac+5 specialized in Finance
  • Minimum 5/6 years experience in an Accounting and Audit Firm
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
  • ERP change to Microsoft D365 coming up in 202
  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail
  • Organized, structured and able to manage priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in line with continually evolving business needs
  • Knowledge and experiences within Sports / Lifestyle organizations
  • You are comfortable working in a demanding environment and are known for your curiosity, rigor, responsiveness and efficiency and also Team Work
  • Fluent English
Position to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible
