Job Description Context**:


You will join the Group Sales Direction within the Europcar Mobility Group HQ, and more specifically the Ecommerce Team and will report to the Display & Social media Manager.


Your main interlocutors will be Ecommerce and Marketing teams at the Group level and countries ecommerce manager within the company, Display & Programmatic agency, and other parteners (Criteo, Facebook, Google ).


Your main objective will be to:

Help Europcar Mobility Group eCommerce team to growth its revenue and trafic by managing the display, social and retargeting ads campaigns for several brands and countries of the group.


Expected value on this position:


  • Budget monitoring and campaign management (deliver relevant campaigns for the business, with efficient optimizations and performances analysis in order to gather insights and learnings for future campaigns)
  • Management of the digital media campaigns with a specific focus on figures, performances and profitability
  • High quality communication with all the interlocutors (ecom manager, agencies, creative studio and other channels owners)
  • Data analysis and interpretation in order to show the impact of the display on the other channels

Key missions of the position:


  • Create digital marketing strategies and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns to support acquisition across the business
  • Define and drive the Display, Retargeting & Social Ads roadmap to growth conversion, profitability and traffic, for all Brands (incl. Europcar, myEuropcar, Goldcar, Ubeeqo ) and on all markets covered by the group
  • Coordinate and lead Display & Social Ads projects with our internals stakeholders and KPIs including cost of sales and revenue of direct marketing channel
  • Coordinate with the digital media agency in charge of the media buying
  • Define the creative and audience strategy according to the different type of campaigns, the different brands and countries
