Lightbulb Crew is looking for an associate producer intern to work under the supervision of our producer on an unannounced project.

Internship : 6 month


As an associate producer, your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the development team with daily tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.
  • Help ensure that objectives are completed on time, within budget, and to the studio's quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on the topics assigned to you.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as art, design, and programming, to ensure that project goals are aligned and on track.
  • Help identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Contribute to developing internal processes and tools to answer those issues.


As an intern, you will also be trained based on the video game development process and best practices and learn different project management tools and methods.

Work in hybrid or full remote

The ideal person for the job:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as game development, project management, or business.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall...)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Problemsolving skills and attitude.
  • Curiosity and will to learn regarding video game production and project management.
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
  • Comfortable with working remotely and with an international team.
  • Good sense of autonomy and priorities.
  • Familiar with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience with specific project management tools.
  • Previous experience related to management (event organization, responsible for a school club, a sports team, the development of a game prototype...)
  • Some degree of technical understanding of video game development (Unity...)
