Your position at Knauf Industries

As
Divisional Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for the adaption of global information security (IS) policies to Knauf Industries (KIND), the implementation of them and for effective IS risk mitigation.

Specifically, your tasks will be the following:

Develop and maintain
divisional and local procedures, standards, etc.

Supervise KIND information security risk, risk management processes and risk mitigation by directing (functional managing) the Information Security Coordinators on site ;

Advise on the implementation of information security controls within KIND ;

Gain and uphold
TISAX labels for KIND sites ;
Report regularly to KIND Management and Group function Information Security ;
Support in
Security Incident response for KIND.

Traveling to all Knauf Industries (KIND) sites will be sometimes necessary.

The job location is flexible and a 100% hybrid work model with travel to plants (Spain, Poland) could be proposed.

Your profile

Experience & qualifications:

Completed studies with
a strong fable for Information Security.
Data Privacy knowledge of advantage
International experience and interest for industrial sectors
Multiple years of experience in relevant areas
Familiar with the current IS frameworks such as ISO27001, TISAX and ideally provide a certification in the field of relevance (e.g., ISO 27001 practitioner, CISM)
Audit Experience

Skills:

Able to
communicate complexity of security controls to a wide range of audience

Develop pragmatic solutions to encounter IS threats and vulnerabilities

Ability to
adapt quickly to new technologies. Experience in OT of advantage
Being
trustworthy and adhere to strict professional and ethical standards
Fluency in English and French speaker is a plus (both are working languages)
