What you'll do:

As Product Offer Strategy Analyst, you will join the team in charge of building the Product Packaging and Pricing of Doctolib products in all countries.

Our mission is to maximize revenues, satisfaction and retention by shaping new offers proposed to care teams. Our daily work is at the crossroads of Product, Strategy, Sales and Marketing.

You will join a team of 5 people working on all our markets (France, Germany, Italy).

You will also work closely with Data, Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations teams to ensure we build the best offers for our users.

You will have a direct impact on improving the experience of practitioners on a daily basis while shaping the pricing strategy, and thus the future, of Doctolib.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead quantitative and qualitative research to understand market personas, competition, customers' insights & pain points on segments of our user base. You will do that by interviewing our practitioners, talking to sales & operations teams and by conducting quantitative analysis alongside data analysts.

Help shaping the strategy to penetrate new markets with the proper offers. You will do that by leveraging your research, conducting workshops & iterating with your managers to craft the best strategy.

Build modelizations to assess the potential of your proposals in terms of new revenue, churn diminution, market penetration etc.

Lead the project management part of the roll out of the new offer. You will have to orchestrate the operational tasks to go from a strategy to a concrete offer sold to our prospects. You will have to work closely with data, sales & operational teams to ensure the new offer is a success.

Provide support on ad-hoc topics shared by the team: prepare strategic material for the leadership teams, prepare peer learning sessions, spec & build dashboards etc.

You already had a
first internship experience in consulting, finance, VC or high velocity company:

structured, datadriven (super proficient in Excel / Google sheet) and have excellent analytical and
research skills:
You have
strong personal organization and project management capabilities

fluent in French and English. German and Italian are a (strong) plus

About the flexible office policy at Doctolib
We provide 2 working modes, depending on your team set up.

Hybrid: you work 3 days per week from the office
Officebased: you always work from the office

The interview process:

An interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
An interview with your future Manager (45 minutes)
A case study restitution interview with the Hiring Manager and the Team Manager (1 hour)
