s looking for a IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist - Workspace and Telephony (f/m) to join our Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services Department based in
Marignane, France.


As part of the Collaboration Services Team, you will be involved in the Run, Build-To-Run and Build of Workspace scope and Telephony scope.

Within Workspace, you will work closely with the AH product manager and an IT suppliers to support more than 600 meeting and video conferencing rooms worldwide, you will work closely with AH Communication Department and relevant key stakeholders to provide the Airbus Live Services based on BlueJeans Event Broadcasting technology, you will participate in different projects that will redesign completely collaborative spaces in the next years and you will prepare the Entry to Service of new Video Conferencing solutions like Google Meet Hardware working closely with Google and its suppliers.

Furthermore, you will also work with Connect Product Manager to design and support the IP Telephony and Video Conference infrastructure based on Cisco Technology.

Your challenges:


Digital Workplace
working methodology is Kanban with the objective to focus on getting things done on the shortest cycle times as possible to improve customer satisfaction.


That methodology implies high responsiveness to change as priorities are shifting very frequently, no prescribed responsibilities and high team empowerment.

In that way of working, the scope of your job will be:

IT service responsible in all collaborative spaces (meeting rooms, video conference rooms, web conferencing rooms, event rooms).

Multimedia services responsible (examples:
connected screens, wireless sharing solutions, booking tools).


Airbus Live Event service responsible based on Blue Jeans technology.

Training and virtual room service responsible.

Unified Communication management (Jabber softphone, IPT infrastructure, Cisco Meeting Server).

Run and Build-To-Run responsible within scope and participation on different projects related to the activity (e.g. design new collaborative spaces, follow SIP Trunk telephony project with operators and subcontractors, etc)


Participation to Workspace strategy definition (examples: introduction of Google Meeting Hardware, evolution of standard multimedia catalog by discussing with different suppliers and Group counterparts, participation in projects aiming at transforming the collaborative spaces, big events web conferencing service evolution).


Participation to Unified Communication strategy definition (examples: evolution of telephony and video conferencing solutions).


Your profile:

At least
4 years of experience in IT service management or IT product manager jobs.

Technical knowledge of Multimedia, Web Conferencing and Video Conferencing Technology required.


Technical knowledge of VoIP Telephony systems, PBX's, Cisco infrastructure, telephony certificates management required.
