Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at B&B HOTELS GROUP, he/she will play a crucial role in transversal monitoring, he/she will document our current processes, recommend improvements, and evaluate the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.

He/she ensures that the outcomes derivable from a business process are in line with the strategic goal of the concerned organization among 15 countries and more than 750 hotels worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Multiproject monitoring within the different department's group.
Analyzing, monitoring, and communicating the risks and the pain points in the projects process
Monitoring the change management with partners among the global political group strategies.
Identifying & designing new processes and / or evolutions of processes
Coordinating with different departments and organizing crossfunctional teams to accompany the evolution of the projects circle of life
Proposing new initiatives for continuous business process, organization and / or IT systems improvements
Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback and innovative suggestions
Define indicators (KPI's) to monitor and guarantee the quality of the service.

Skills & experience we are looking for:

We're looking for a technical / business-oriented person with a good experience in process management, capable of creating momentum in the international teams, with a good grasp of project management.

A professional in the IT function, specialist project management:

Master's degree in business or project management or any related field
Professional experience in process management
Strong interpersonal skills to command large groups and advanced oral and written communication.
Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
Leadership and ability to work in a crossfunctional or departmental
Advanced analytical skills and quick response to new issues
Good communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations
Fluent English & French is a must, German, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
Maturity, rigor, professionalism
Good adaptation capacity
Humility, pragmatism and common sense
Ability to sense changes; agility
Strong managerial dimension
Impact, charisma, leadership, ability to attract talent, federate, mobilize and develop teams.
Good level of strategic thinking, but also sense of results and detail
