Job Description:


Overall mission:


The HR Administration Manager will manage a team of 2 resources on-site (on both administration and payroll activities) and will provide expertise on labour laws and social relations (Unions/Works council).


Roles & Responsibilities include**:


_HR Operations _

  • Management of the France HR operations team on all HR administration topics
  • Ensure local HR operations processes are clearly documented, and compliant across the employee lifecycle, including benefits, onboarding & offboarding operations, employee handbook, and French HR legislation
  • Support proper management of personnel records in compliance with data protection legislation
  • Ensure HR Master Data in SAP / Success Factors and secure HR internal controls and internal/external payroll audits
  • Proactively identify and solve complex and crossfunctional issues before they create challenges for employees and managers, in collaboration with HR colleagues
  • Maintain contacts with authorities on French HR social & labor laws, tax laws, etc.
  • Close and effective cooperation and communication with the Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefit team (e.g., support for the annual salary round, etc.) as well as other HR operation areas for projects, processes, and general responsibilities.
  • Participation in local and global HR projects
  • Litigation management in relation to the Legal Department, HR Directeur and our lawyer.

Payroll Management _**- Management of the France HR operations team on all payroll topics

  • Oversee the processing of French payroll inputs ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all payroll paycycles, including yearend closing, for approx. 250 employees
  • Ensure the correct implementation of annual social and labour law changes with relevant action plan on systems and processes.
  • Assist Finance Department in Dublin on reconciliation of payroll accounting accounts, settlement of personnel costs/charges
  • Consulting & expert support in HR/Payroll/labour law relevant issues for our HR partners, executives, and France employees
  • Internal statistics, reports, and their analysis

Social Relations_**- Support and advice to HR Directeur in all legal obligations in the field of social relations and in contacts/meetings with staff representatives

  • Preparation and followup of meetings with staff representatives: Works Council and union delegates
  • Report writing, statistics and other social data
  • Relationship with Works Council Accountant
  • Single database update (BDES)

About you:
  • Expert knowledge and experience of HR standards, labour law, processes
  • Specific experience of French HR legislation is required
  • Minimum five (5) yearsexperience in HR managing people operations in a global environment
  • Demonstrates high energy and desire to succeed
  • Collaborative and teamoriented approach
  • High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Additional Information


Key skills:


  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll & SuccessFactors
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience working in an international, matrixed organization is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally to the organization
  • English language is required
