Job Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

As the CMO, you will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to define our marketing strategy, build our brand, and drive user acquisition and retention.

This role requires a strategic and experienced marketing leader who can think creatively, build high-performing marketing teams, and drive business results.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute our marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive team
  • Build and manage a worldclass marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market, and use this to inform marketing decisions
  • Drive user acquisition and retention through targeted and effective marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain our brand and reputation in the market
  • Manage our marketing budget and measure and report on key marketing metrics
  • Identify and implement new marketing channels and partnerships to drive business growth

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in building successful marketing programs for B2C startups
  • Experience managing teams of marketers, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong marketing skills, with expertise in brand building, user acquisition and retention, and datadriven marketing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, advanced degree preferred
