We're currently recruiting for a detail-oriented, strongly motivated and self driven
HR Operations Specialist to join Board team in our Paris office.


Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be to support the entire employee lifecycle by handling processes concerning hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits and offboarding.

You can expect daily interaction with local Management as well as continuous collaboration with local Finance team. You will be supported by the HQ HR team and be part of the Global HR community.


As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support different workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions while fostering positive employee relations.


Responsibilities:


  • Be in charge of the hiring process of new employees in the company, from right to work and VISA checks to contract drafting and equipment requests
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
  • Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, benefits and compensation details, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
  • Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws and applicable collective agreement
  • Manage the relationship with the Comité social and économique (CSE) and its employee representatives

Requirements:


  • Academic background in Economics, HR or relevant academic background will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software will be considered a plus
  • Detailoriented approach, with a collaborative and peopleoriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Self driven and autonomous, able to take full responsibility for the core HR Admin processes
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Syntec collective bargaining agreement will be considered a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
